Help on how to figure out pill dose before pressing

i just bought a Pill press. I want to make 10mg dbols/anadrol etc. How do I figure out the mixture I need to make them that dose? Please if someone could help I will greatly appreciate it. ✌

Think total tablet weight... 100mg tablet and 10mg dbol. 1000 tabs will take 100g total powder weight and 10g of that will b dbol, 90g will be binders and lubricants.
