Titanium Gear Industries (domestic source)

I’m sure I’ll miss something but here’s the summary. I’m sure fuckhead @balco will come on and try to defend himself that’s what the snowflake millennials do.

@balco was/is dumb. He assumed that since TGI has NPP finished product testing that it was applicable to the NPP/TPP blend so he ordered 11 vials, $415 worth of product. When he finally found out that the NPP/TPP blend has not been tested he got pissed and went Captain Stabbin on the rubber stopper until pieces fell into the vial. He posted a picture of the pieces floating in the vial and claimed it was after only 5 draws. That’s serious and I initially sided with him because he’s a member and we all should stick together.

Later we learned that he said since two of the vials had that issue then ALL 11 vials would and he wanted the vials replaced. TGI sent him a full refund. You would think that’s the end of it but fuckface @balco refused to drop it and decided to press his luck. He offered to video destruction of the gear but once he got his refund he never did. And now he wonders why we all hate him. He sold his integrity and reputation down the shitter for $415 of free gear. That meets the definition of a reverse scam.

After a situation like that most decent people would leave and not shake sticks but dickhead still posts in this thread for some reason.

FUCK @balco
Dude that’s some straight up straight to the point funny shit dude hear yee hear yee .. totally off the subject just for a millisecond !!! you guys ever check out “live like a Viking?” I give him some props check him out I picked up one of his shirts they’re handmade and it’s a bad motherfucker print goes around the shirt just my worthless two cents softening up the thread

As a customer, why the fuck would I want a source to raise prices? Raise the minimum and I just have more gear at a lower price. The only person raising the price helps is tgi. It’s crazy that people are saying I want to pay more for my product.

You all realize that either way TGI will get the same amount of money per order, but our amount of product would go down. He’s not worried about the profit margin he’s worried about the number of packs that ship. Either way you’d be sending him xxx dollars, do you want more for your money or less?

For those people on the fence about being able to afford $250 min they are just going to have to suck it up. If TGI raises the price people will still have to order $250 worth of gear because they need the same number of vials. Either way the number of orders drops and goal accomplished; one scenario helps the customer one helps the sourco. Who are you all worried about, you or your drug dealer?

You’re absolutely correct and I agree with the prices needing to remain similar.

But, when a source raises the minimum high it makes an exit scam easy. R&R accepted store gift cards at the end with a $300 min and bolted a couple weeks later.

There needs to be a balance between the two.

I agree. Minimum can be raised to account for influx of orders and to keep the bs (2 vial, 1 clomid) guys away.
I understand everything is tested and titter is running his shit appropriately.
But a $10 increase or even another $5 increase is a huge percentage.
Test prop went from$10 to $15 and the idea is to bump it to $25.
If it come down to it, just don’t accept any new customers. Then once you are able to handle it, open the doors again. And if you stay stagnant long enough you lose your ordering spot. Just my $0.02

Because some of us are just straight fucking ballers!

But seriously if someone can’t afford $250 imo they should probably not be buying aas.

My reason for suggesting a price increase is because tgi is producing gear from tested raws. You can be assured what you are buying is what it’s supposed to be. This testing cost money BUT produces a product that can more easily trusted to be what it’s labled as. The last source that was doing this was potg and iirc a bottle of his test sold for $50 or 55 and people were lining up to buy it. In fact he would shut down and brew to be able to keep up and when he opened the doors back up he would be sold about again within a couple of weeks.

Call me a shill but I understand the testing and inventory costs that he is having to bear to provide these products to his customers.

It makes sense in all aspects of business seriously. When I started mine I’d haul anything anywhere anytime! I was killing me and my guys. Now I only haul primo freight and no discounts for “I need a favor” for a “hot” load. Much like tits I’m more established now and have a good name in my business. When someone scoffs at my rates. I tell them you have a cheap freight hauler and you have dependable freight haulers. But no one has ever said I have a cheap dependable freight hauler. Doesn’t exist.

That’s great and all but if TGI needs to raise prices to sustain his business model that’s his decision and the client base will react accordingly. The client shouldn’t be the one asking to pay more.

Even a $5 bump on test c/e tren e and Deca would add at least $50 to a basic cycle. So bump the price and you pay $250 on a 200min or spend 250 on a 250min and you add a vial or two to the stash.

I'm looking at all the angles.

Min is 4 times what it was. Orals and test prop all got a 5 bump except chick var. Looking at all the possibilities. Trying to balance the 2. It's not easy.

i would not do a 10 raise across the board.

You're not kidding. But i am trying to accommodate as many as possible when it comes to keeping things cheap/min reasonable.
So @TitaniumGear (TGI) how many times have you been hit up to help out prissy customers that got fkd? Sob stories about how they lost there last $500 and the baby needs milk and diapers? I think some of your emails are probably good entertainment.
3 directly, about 15 fishing.

i know i can't be cheap and tested/fast/the best. That's why i ended discounts/promos. I just simply don't have an easy answer. I don't want a 300 min. I don't want to price gouge. But I am not shipping out excessive packs either just to make people happy.

I can appreciate your business plan thus far. Eventually you will put a price on your time. Then you will increase your times worth little by little . I don’t think your chasing money as much anymore at least imo. My opinion find your comfort zone where the money is good and the risk is lower. Then ride that shit like a whore on dollar day. I worked like like an illegal for years always thinking about the money I didn’t make by not working instead of what I was making. I might work 6-7 months a year now. Less stress

If you can’t afford the minimum assuming it doesn’t become something ridiculous like 500 plus I agree with most in saying you probably shouldn’t be doing this. You should be more concerned about getting your finances in order. However the shitty part about a high minimum is the “oops”. I call bullshit on anyone here who says they have planned every cycle perfect. So when you make a mistake on something or forgot something or just plain ol want to add a week or two of an existing compound or something different entirely it just sucks that your looking at a 200 plus purchase. There is no pure right answer on either end (source or customer) it’s about finding that middle ground that’s works best for all and very thought out planning.
