Is the stuff really worth it? I take magnesium at night in a pill but that's it...
which magnesium?? like half of them don’t work or should I say never get absorbed properly that’s why you need variation ..just my experience but when u hit you’ll know it

I lost a lot of weight in this cycle and got way more of a leaner bulk than I thought happy with my definition not so much my size. Was thinking my next cycle tren test deca and dbols. Options ? Or maybe cut out the tren for my next blast
 
Maskedliberty ok then go for it you won’t regret it..u might want to stand clear of dumbbells for a minute because your other arm can help stabilize that situation and get you past areas that might not feel too good working past that point working together as a unit.. you’ll notice that Roto cuff can do all kinds of angles with the dumbbell and it might be best that the other arm help stabilize that and work slowly to get to that point next peptides ..pick up rad-140 and GW-501516 allegedly take around 25mg of this powder under tongue (not for human consumption btw) once a day or an hour before working out :)) make sure you get back to me let me know how that feels!! You know empty stomach if possible but get it under the tongue next is the peptide TB-500 and BPC-157 what ever the amount do your math to accomplish 250-300 mg pin every other shoulder or under stomach skin is fine too..get three different types of magnesium always chelate,oxide,citrate every day take one of each .. Believe me everybody is in short supply of magnesium If you’ve ever experienced a muscle cramp or you wake up in the morning and your calves or your thighs locked up with a cramp and it’s real painful its because there’s a gross magnesium deficiency.. when you start consuming large amounts of milk and calcium it offsets the magnesium significantly so if you increase your magnesium levels when you train and especially while doing enhancers your muscles will grow like a sponge you’ll notice the difference between night and day after about two weeks if not two days ..if you don’t sit down and eat beets everyday then your magnesium deficient and you’re not growing as fast as you could.. it’s a significant part of hypertrophy ..your welcome some of this information I don’t just give away but I’ve grown fond of everybody here and when you master these combinations of things there’s no limit what you can accomplish
This tb-500 sounds awesome from what I just read about it after seeing you mention It here.. unfortunately I haven't seen anyone really selling this stuff. Tgi??? Lol... jokes
