Should’ve included Thor for sure.

The athletes in the more well known disciplines are all freaks, but very few pushing “human limits” like I’m trying to draw attention to. Usain is definitely another.
True true esp with the ball sports, but I feel certain wrestlers or cyclists he’ll even Armstrong (bc everybody was doping) pushed their bodies to unfathomable heights

Should check out the CrossFit Games documentaries on Netflix and amazon. I liked the way they presented it. And some of those women *drool*

You get a G19. Have to level up to get better guns.

Can I at least use a 10mm glock?!? And I would rather Glock than 1911 anyways

Plus I’ll just test outta the pistol and move on go the other stuff. What scopes you guys rock, night forces?

In the real world US military the 308 is limited to DMRs in regular infantry units, you’ll have a very few, select infantry units that will carry the .300 as a DMR. When you move to sniper units the .50 is the workhorse and Ive only seen the Lapua fielded by select units. Can’t recall any sniper/recon units carrying the .300. Now there’s always teams that are testing or doing whatever and you can see all kinds of weird shit in regular units but it’s usually only one or two for short development and testing periods.

Of course when you move to your JSOC, spec ops, etc. then all bets are off and they get what they want. I’ve never been involved with them though so I hear the rumors as anyone else.

I will say, I had a roommate once who left one night with a set of flippers, mask, etc. (we were nowear near an ocean) and jump gear. I didn’t ask questions, he came back a few days later looking like absolute shit.
Special forces don’t get whatever they want, they are still under the thumb of bureaucratic nonsense. Now they do get a lot of gear line dogs would jerk off too.
Spent my time in Ranger Regiment, LRSD and Scouts, not one single sniper had anything positive to say about the barret, They all favored the 700 or a modified M14.
They have some fancy AR10 variants for Designated marksmen but I’ve never played with it.

Yeah I’ve never been a fan of the 50s. I do think they have a place, but to me there are much more sophisticated rounds to use for long distance anti personal

They have a place in fixed positions. People fail to realize how heavy all the gear a soldier carries. You can be humping damn near 250lbs of extra weight. Think about that ? Civilians have no concept of this when they think of what really goes on in combat. Rucksack, body armor, ammo, food, water, lickies and chewies, mission essential equipment, radios, batteries the list is endless. They wonder why we all have back problems.

And let me be straight, I an not by any means military trained. I am just going off what I know I have personal experience in.

I have shot the 50 a good amount, but it just does not seem accurate to me. Just seems like a good enough accuracy. Now destroying a brick wall or jeep at a certain range thats a different story
