I just guilt myself into feeling like a bitch if I don’t train legs. I really only squat and hit stiff legged and regular deadlifts though. Hate doing stuff like leg curls. If I’m doing legs I’m having some fun with heavy weight
 
I used to hit legs 2xs a week pretty hard man. I miss having a ton of free time. Lol the only thing I can lift right now is legs.

Started the TB500 and BPC is gonna land on Thursday. So hopefully this shit works as well as I've read about. Still gonna listen to the doc though.

What kind of injury do you have? I've been battling a groin issue for 6 months now and it just doesn't seem to want to get back to one hundred percent.

I thought about trying TB500 and BPC, but i read BPC needs to be injected near the injury. I don't think I'm man enough to stick a pin in my groin :eek:

Yes I did yesterday right before I came to help..a full body workout except legs ... then there was this massive pallet of heavy ass flooring I had to drag up the stairs I thought I needed oxygen machine
