First off, homemade skillet fried chicken for the win, with homemade rolls(which I haven't had forever...trying to be not fat) and my homemade chocolate chip cookies are hard to beat, other than those, subway.

Secondly, I have noticed some folks have a semi-allergic reaction to gso, those that do I have sub'd MCT and bingo, no knot or reaction.

Thirdly, I will be testing the primo for pip!!!!! Stoked..I love primo, live honest updates and possibly pics will be with this.

Fourth, I am glad we aren't talking about women today, besides @Kim smooth ass. Yesterday sort of had a down vibe to it.

Fifth, much love all you degenerates.

100% agree.

Although to be honest..I needed to take a full 4 months of leg training off to get my upper body to grow. Most guys will have the opposite issue. I was bottom heavy as fuck.
I'm bottom heavy also. I do legs once every 2 weeks, swear to god, like I really struggle wearing jeans cause my waist size doesn't work with my thigh size. I'm like a 34 waist... I have to wear 37-38 to fit my thighs. When I was doing legs every week they just grow too much

Buckle, Derek athletic stretch jeans fix this, 33-34 waist and all the room and stretch in the thighs. Well worth the 75.00 bucks

Whoa wait a mother fucking second here.. if deadlifts count as Legs.... Than I do legs each week and twice a week every other week.

Same. I can fit a 32 waist, but wear 36 levi 569 loose straight fit jeans. I hate tight jeans on my legs. Im at that point where Im seeing new veins in my calves and quads, its an exciting time. Nowhere near @Mac11wildcat legs though. Dude is a beast.

Wait, what? Deadlifts are definitely a leg exercise. If you’re doing deadlifts for back hypertrophy, you’re doing it wrong.

Deadlifts/SLDLs on leg day, rack pulls on back day.

I noticed that too. Well not my ass part, but the women part.
Feeling better today!!!:D:D

DLs are absolutely a a good leg movement, but if you don’t think they’re thickening up every inch of your back too you’re mistaken.

Rack pulls or DLs at the end of a back day will show you how wrong you are. It’s also a stimulus your back doesn’t see often, continuous more or less static tension.

Your body dimensions and from will dictate whether it’s a hip/lower back or leg dominant movement.

That is literally what I just stated. Deadlifts are primarily a leg exercise and if you want a thicker back, rack pulls are superior in every way as you can handle way more weight and it’s only going to stimulate your lats and erector spinae, while taking out lower body activation.

That’s not to say you can’t also do deadlift variations in back day, but if you’re only going to deadlift once a week, it belongs on leg day.

You plainly stated that deadlifts are not a back exercise.

They absolutely fucking are. So yeah.

And i completely disagree. If you’re squatting with any volume on a leg day, you probably have no business also deadlifting unless it’s rep work. There are no black and white concepts to this game.

Deads are just as at home on a leg day as in a back day.

Have sent these to a couple guys struggling with quads.

1.5” 25 or 27g, can’t remember, pin cap cut down to about .75” as a guard so you can apply pressure without sinking more of the pin in. Anywhere between my fingers there has worked for me. The hand on quad trick is almost always a good to go site (opposite hand, middle finger on point of knee cap, thumb makes an L, where it lands is the site). I’m also loving up higher lately.

Damn dude, I've never injected the inside of my quad. Only the outside. How painful is that?

I’ll agree to disagree, and you and I apparently love to butt heads on a consistent basis so I’ll try to refrain in the future.
