I had stopped the deca a few months before stopping the test. Can’t remember if I started right away or waited a week. I started doing 500iu everyday with 50mg clomid and 20mg nolvadex. Once a week I would take 100mg clomid and 40mg nolvadex. Read that too much hcg can be bad so after a few weeks I cut it back to 250iu 3x a day. I’m 37yr old by the way
