Replacement for creatine for capsule filler?

Any ideas?

MSG labs uses sodium cyanide as a filler. i had a Dan Duchaine inspired epiphany when i came up with that idea. My thought was that there would be super synergy between it and the compound(s) i mixed it with.

Turns out there was no synergy and it just killed a bunch of people. Boy is there egg on my face. So yeah, don't use sodium cyanide as a filler.

How much creatine is in capsules? Is it really enough to cause bloat? Maybe you are sensitive to creatine?

One or two, not really. But I got all my orals from Ol Titter last time. That was 1 cialis, 2 proviron, 2 var per day. IDK. Ran out of his orals and went back to the ones I capped with Baking soda and/or protein powder and the bloat went away.

I do appreciate you being proactive about this inquiry, but I wasnt meaning to revamp your product line. Just checking to see if someone could request swapping out the creatine for baking soda, just for the var to see if it helps with the heartburn. i dont want to cause more headache for you though.

Strength, vascularity and horrible ass hearburn are what I get from Var. That and some wicked pumps. Didnt like it in creatine as much though. Not a fan of creatine as it tends to bloat me. nothing personal to Titter, just my preference. Would like to try some in baking soda to see if it would help with the heartburn.

Heartburn yes, you need to take a PPI. Vascularity I cannot feel, I can see it though. Yes, pumps too. I meant idle feelings...like when on tren. Var should be a rather clean "feeling" steroid.

Even amoxicillin can give me heartburn, I was under the impression that most all oral steroids caused this..my ole lady explained why, but I can't remember it all. She just says take a PPI to avoid it.

My go to filler for caps is baking soda. It may be a little stickier when tumbling than creatine is though.
