I don’t need no rocking chair.

So when my bp skyrocketed at week 3 of my last blast, I’ve got a few thoughts.

So that week I was trying to salad combinations, from collard greens to chopped broccoli.
I’m not a green vegetable eater.
I also was taking creatine.
I also was only taking .5 adex a week.
It was also the first time I took dbol.

I think that all that together caused my water retention. Because once i shored up those loose ends it was easy peasy.

My dad taught me a saying when I was knee high to a grasshopper, and it really rings true here for new ppl to the life.

One thing at a time, and that done well,
Is a very good deed as many can tell.

It just favors the outcome, if you make small changes, and allow it teach you something is the philosophy that seems best.
Appetite is up, 2 week pin tomm.
I’ve failed my diet because of iced coffee the last couple days.
I feel like I’m holding a lil water.
I haven’t taken no adex in a week.
Think I will pop a .5 now.
But might be the last dose since I’m down to 150 mg test. I can’t see that raising my E2 much if any. And from my understanding controlling e2 will control any prolactin issues with tren, that’s even if 100 mg. A week would even cause any.
I need to drop so more bf, and get a lil vascular so I get another blood test soon.
The worst part of this for me is getting blood test because my veins are very very hard to hit. She harpooned me several times last visit. Had call another girl in who didn’t even give an effort.
Made me drink water for a damn hr, then try again.

Cruise is 150 mg test E( just till Sust gets here. Possible next pin on Sunday)
I’m also running 100 mg tren E a week.
Just 1 pin on Sun.
I’m gonna cruise all summer. But I want cut up to the max for mid summer!

Hook me up with a good program.
And any other diet or workout advice you got for me.
