Get a Frio insulated insulin case. They have them as small as will hold a couple syringes or as big as to hold several pens and a vial

To answer your question I have read that 24hrs reconstituted is the max.
I cannot remember the citing. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

So I’ve been using a Frio case for two and a half days now, works great. I had to travel to NYC and my $500 + a night hotel has no mini fridge. Anyway I can soak it in cold water for a few minutes a night and it’s good for just about two days. Thanks again for the heads up.

I vaguely remember a comment on Pm where they tested a vial of gh that was stored at the fridge vs a vial that was left in the sun and had been shaking up. No difference was found.

But is testing and bioavailability/effectiveness in the body the same thing...

High heat treated protein supps are still protein; but denatured. More friendly processing steps result in a superior product. May not translate 1:1, but I have my doubts.

Denaturated proteins show on tests that are listed in the pharmacopoeias (and the ones that I do) and I have quoted articles where they prove the same thing when this kind of discussion was made before.

Also an argument can be made that authorities past pharmacopoeias believe that the tests are sufficient. So do I.

At room temperature GH will degrade faster than in fridge.
That's pretty universal statement.

Now the rate varies a lot.

Some products the difference is not really too meaningful, as the right preservatives and containers are used, with other products they get fucked at twice the rate faster than properly preserved ones at room temp.

Anyway, any GH should last two days at normal room temp. Most will be usable without concern for up to 4-5 days.

Not sure if I make sense, I've been pulling an all nighter. Feel free to ask me to specify.

I typically use my GH within 1-2 days of mixing and I haven't refrigerated it in years. Room temp (68 degrees) has been fine. I suppose i would stick it in the fridge if it was going to be 4-5 days or exposed to a higher room temp.

When I use Novalin R insulin I don't put it in the fridge either. It says keep it at room temp once opened (below 77 degrees).
