Pretty much all the magic bullets that people go on about are bullshit.
Keto, IM, Carnivore, Vegan, Vegetarian, Fasted Cardio...
People overstate the benefits of all of them and regularly attribute improved health markers to each, rather than to overall improved health.
Because they're fucking ignorant and everyone loves a one dimensional easy answer.
Ultimately all of them work because they're largely sustainable, and some create a rather extreme deficit.
