Bro ive read your journal log. Your just now learning how to diet and train properly. If your deadset on bumping up your cruise or cycling at this point just go to 500mg test a wk. No need for tren or other drugs at this point. You will see great results from that alone.

Also at your age consider hgh at a low dose 2-3 iu a day definitely would help.

I saw great results when I ran test/npp as well. I’m not dead set on anything, like I said just
spitballing here. There’s a lot of information to sift through and then figure out what actually applies to me and my goals.
 
Why add drugs as others build? Add them to push plateaus.

Because I have no clue what would or wouldn’t work for me so I’m starting ideas somewhere. There’s a lot of random crap out there to figure out what would actually be beneficial for the goals. I could just bump the test up and run Var for 8 weeks, it’s simple and avoids tren altogether.

Bro whats gonna work is proper diet and training which is an issue youve now addressed through mac.

Give his plan and 500mg test a wk at least 3-6 months to see the results. Id consider other aas down the road.
 
And I appreciate it, I’m not trying to come off as condescending at all. I can know the science behind all of this stuff and what compounds do what, but that doesn’t mean I understand the practical applications of it.

If you are working with Mac, give it time man. I know adding extras seems good, but it’s slow and steady.

Remember no one got the way they were in 1 month, so it’ll take longer than 1 month to get where you want to be
