too tall for benches and p

I seem to be too tall for the benches and lateral pulldown cable at my gym,when doing incline dumbell press I have to slouch right down the bench,any tips? also I can't get full range of motion on the lat pull down machine does this matter? I am 6'4 tall.
 
Not sure how incline press matters in height, are you saying that your back is bending backwards over the top? Use some core muscles to hold yourself.

Adjust the seat on the lay pull down, use a shorter cable/clip combo, lean back, or sit on the floor.

Didn’t think just over 6’ would get you there, but try kneeling with the seat in your gut to hold you down for pulldowns. Benches really don’t make sense though...you must have some odd dimensions.
 
I have a 6'6" friend who benches quite fine on a standard bench.

I think that you're just retarded.

If the lat machine doesn't work do pullups. They're better anyway.

I'm 6'4" and deal with some equipment issues depending on the gym and its equipment. You just gotta come up with ways to work around it or find a different gym.

Lie down on it with your head hanging over the edge. You’ll probably need someone to help with lift off. Take the barbell behind the arms of the bench press and allow the barbell to either slowly or quickly be lowered (your choice, though I prefer slowly) to your throat. Tell your spotter to walk away. Let go.
 
This is bullshit.
You aren’t engaging your last correctly on pulldown.
Switch to a reverse grip, with your arms placed at a natural shoulder width.
Focus on engaging your lats.
Warm up with assisted pull ups if you can do regular pull ups and then do kat pull downs.

You also have a setup issue on benching.
More than likely have incorrect form and again do not know how to correctly engage your muscles.

Then again you could just be @MindlessWork under a different handle.
