Didn’t think just over 6’ would get you there, but try kneeling with the seat in your gut to hold you down for pulldowns. Benches really don’t make sense though...you must have some odd dimensions.I seem to be too tall for the benches and lateral pulldown cable at my gym,when doing incline dumbell press I have to slouch right down the bench,any tips? also I can't get full range of motion on the lat pull down machine does this matter? I am 6'4 tall.

If the lat machine doesn't work do pullups. They're better anyway.

Lie down on it with your head hanging over the edge. You’ll probably need someone to help with lift off. Take the barbell behind the arms of the bench press and allow the barbell to either slowly or quickly be lowered (your choice, though I prefer slowly) to your throat. Tell your spotter to walk away. Let go.so what if there is no room to rest my head on the bench while doing incline dumbell press?
