Good luck my friend. I delt with that the last few months and have never broke out before . It wasn’t horrible but bad enough on my chest. I started scrubbing it with old school yellow dial soap and wiping alcohol on it immediately after the shower. It’s down to almost nothing now.

I try that and see if it helps. It kinda came out of nowhere. I didn’t even notice it till a few days ago when my girlfriend snuck up behind me and tried to pop a pimple. She bout got a left hook! She thinks that shit is funny. Me not so much.
This is the first cycle I’ve had any of this shit. But this is the first time I’ve ever ran test this high too.

That's just a good sammich maker foundation. I bet she could stand and make sammiches for hours without fatiguing and it looks sturdy too. Couldn't push it over if you tried.

@The ole man I believe that the oils we pin causes oily skin and that causes acne. Another thing is we’re fuckin with our hormones which can also cause acne.
I get bumps on my face and arms from time to time. Not big ones but damn they got some pressure behind em lol. Shit sucks! Using products for healthy skin treatments do help imo.
You can purchase soaps that is for body acne. It will help with oily skin.
For my face I use an acne face wash (I like the charcoal kind) while I shower. Afterwards I use an cheap dollar store astringent and spot cream that I use all over my face.
This has helped me but it has to be done daily. All this is under $10 too

Plus each item fits perfectly in my fanny pack when I’m on the go!
