You're a fucking machinist? I grew up in that trade running a old school mill and a lathe. Changing collets, learning to "bump" for zero, changing rpm to match the materials and tools...loved that job. I love things that require super precision.

Somebody else builds aircraft parts in here....same thing, scary close tolerances. Love that shit. Much respect to all the tradesmen/craftsmen.

We got machinists, drivers, retired service men, and who knows what else. Meso could start a fucking self sufficient compound and have "church" at the gym!

So that brings it down to .8 pound ground beef and 1.5 pounds of chicken.
That looks easily doable.
Hell Mac truck said he eats 4 pounds of chicken a day!
So I should be able to eat .8 pound of ground beef and 1.5 pounds of chicken.
Potatoes are easy and the rice is my only concern. But from here I can tweak the diet to make it easier. I just wanted a base to work off of. Now I can see little tweaks to make it easier.

Ok brother go for it! Looks doable.

Here’s what I’m doing to maybe help you get some ideas.

For protein I’m eating 1.5 lbs chicken breast, 4 cups of whites, 6 scoops of whey isolate per day for 7 meals which puts me around 350g protein per day. Carbs I’m about 500g per day, fats are low around 50-60g.

Just to get an idea of how I lay out my meal plan:

Meal 1
2 cups whites, 2 omega-3 whole eggs, 2 pieces Ezekiel toast
Meal 2-preworkout
1 muffin, 3 scoops whey
Intra- 2 scoops granite nutrition Recovery(40g carbs from cyclic dextrin, 10g eaa’s)
Meal 3 postworkout
2 cups whites, 3 cups Chex cereal, 1 cinnamon raisin bagel
Meal 4
6 oz. chicken breast, 12 oz jasmine rice
Meal 5
8 oz. chicken breast, 8 oz jasmine rice
Meal 6
8 oz. chicken breast, 8 oz jasmine rice
Meal 7
2 cups whites, 3 cups Chex cereal
 
Honestly this fucking thread. I swear this thread is the equivalent of 150 ADHD kids each with a different color crayon and one giant piece of paper. We are the kids. Our posts are the crayons. The paper is this thread. Love it.

McGregors major issue is his cardio, not that mines any good but I’m not a professional. He has the talent but lacks any significant stamina. I can throw solid for 3 rounds, after that I’m in trouble, I however can defend pretty well. My strategy is KO you soon as possible or pull my gun and do real work :D

I have a 125lb heavy bag. 90 seconds into beating on that thing and i am gassed. 3 rounds would have me like a fish out of water trying to breathe.

Every punch I throw is with hate in my heart too, one thing my coach actually compliments me on is I go all out. I’ve gone 5 rounds and felt good once but that was an anomaly. I’m not a cardio guy, never have been never will be. The 5 mile runs in Regiment were my nemesis. Ruck 25 miles and I’m your man, run a 2 miler and I’m a huge queef.

I can tote a pack for a good bit....or could back then. Not sure now as I haven't tried. But runs always killed me. Best 2 mile time was a 14 minute flat and that made me vomit for a long while. I despise cardio. Bores me and i suck at it.
