Soft lump 5 days after injection?

Have a now soft golf ball sized lump in injection site 5 days after injection. Started out as a hard and sore knot which I’ve had before. 5 years experience with gear/pinning so I’ve had some knots and lumps, but nothing like this really. It is not sore or tender, not red or warm. It does have very very slight bruise at actual needle insertion point. Don’t feel it’s scary enough to go to doc yet. Any advice or experience? Thanks in advance

Hot hot hot water running over it and massage the shit out of it

Massage therapist use some tools on it

I get freaked out when this happens but it usually goes away after 48 hrs...

Are you running pharma grade gear? Im assuming you haven't changed anything in your protocol that would be the cause?

Appreciate the reply, and Yes pharma gear, same bottle I’ve been using for a few weeks and same year I’ve been using for this cycle. I’ve had knots and stuff before, this one went from a knot to a more odd shaped soft lump which worried me. Massaged it for a while yesterday and seems to be going down today

only a surgeon can evaluate the situation. maybe you need some antibiotic along the way. But lumps like this can get up to a month to dissapear

Could be a sterile abscess. I would avoid massaging it just in case.
