Alright guys, so I haven’t been around for quite a while, but I’m back, and I figured I’d run a log for the first time in a very, very long time. This is my first cycle in about a year. I’ve taken a long break from the world of weight lifting, and AAS. I’ve stayed on TRT consistently throughout this break. But I’ve started back in the gym, hitting it hard and consistently, along with keeping the diet in check. I decided to start this cycle 3 days ago, and I’m 2 pins in. I’m running it like this:

100mg/wk testosterone cypionate (TRT dose)
Wk 1-16 testosterone enanthate 150mg EOD
Wk 1-16 DHB (dihydroboldenone) 100mg EOD
Wk 1-3 NPP 50mg EOD
Wk 1-16 Deca 150mg EOD
WK 1-5 Dianabol 25mg-50mg on training days

Total weekly doses:
625mg testosterone
350mg DHB
525mg nandrolone (700mg during kickstart)

This is the plan I have set thus far for the cycle. However, this may change! It’s not uncommon for me to add a compound or drop a compound, and increase or decrease dosages. Any changes made to the cycle will be logged. I’ll most likely be posting training, some diet, some stats/results, any side effects, etc. Follow along, and enjoy this ride with me. Now I’m headed to the gym.

I’m doing something very similar for my next offseason (about 3 months from now). Sub’d.

Pinning eod for 16 weeks is pretty crazy tho :p
I’ve done crazier lol. Long cycles of every day pinning, sometimes multiple times a day, when taking non-ester gear. I used to love injectable orals, test base/suspension and tren base. Or running peptides (ghrp’s and CJC) injecting sub-q 3-4 times a day.

Seated smith machine overhead press:

DB concentration curls:
4x12 w/ 35lb DB

DB hammer curls:
3x15 w/ 35lb DBs

Cable tricep pulldown:
5x20 @ 80

Reverse grip, close grip lat pulldown:

Typing all this out took forever, but that’s the gist of the last 4 days of my training. Not too heavy, not too crazy on the volume, but it is definitely effective for muscle growth. Today makes 1 week on cycle, and I’ve noticed a significant difference in overall muscle size and appearance.
Current weight: 197lbs.

Week 1 looked like:
100mg test cyp
600mg test E
(700mg total test)
400mg DHB
150mg NPP
600mg deca
(750mg total nandrolone)
25mg-50mg dianabol except Saturday (rest)
.5mg arimadex daily.

On a side note:

I've been reading a lot on injectable orals lately, with the suspension is the PIP as bad as they say?? And as effective and worth it? Wanting to run it but unsure so far!
 
First picture is after a year off gear and out of the gym. Just work, shitty diet, and alcohol. Stayed on 100mg test cyp per week. A lot of my reason for stopping was a fucking up condition causing my muscles to drastically weaken, and sometimes complete paralysis of the limbs. Fast forward. New Years resolution was getting back in the gym and getting back in shape. Been going at it regularly, and trying to keep diet on point since.

I think it depends on the compound, but personally I always felt like the pip was tolerable. You definitely feel it, but oil base oral inj. arent that bad. Water base suspensions can be a little worse, but still not too terrible IMO. The only substance that ever held me back because of pip was primo ace.. never again. That shit was horrendous.

Thanks for the info, keep the log going! Ya got a few compounds but curious to see what the DHB does, I'll be running it as well and heard great things about it!
 
Hit legs today, with an emphasis on quad isolation. Will post the workout shortly. I plan on hitting a ham string, and calf focused workout tomorrow, in additional to an upper body part as well. Cheers.
 
Thursday. Today’s workout: legs, quad focused.

Warmup quad extensions:
3x20 @ 100

Warmup ham curls:
3x20 @ 80

Squats:
2x20 @ 95
3x20 @ 135
2x15 @ 185
1x15 @ 225

Lunges:
3x20 w/ 65lb barbell

Quad extensions super set w/ leg press machine: alternating extensions, then leg press, with no rest between sets.
3x20 @ 130 (quad) 3x15 @ 150 (press)

Single leg quad extensions:
3x15 @ 60

End of workout. Post workout meal was a treat, two Chic Fil A sandwiches, and a Gold Standard hydrolyzed whey shake, mixed with Fairlife whole milk. Those of you who have not tried Fairlife milk, are missing out. It’s the best tasting milk I’ve ever had, it’s more vitamin rich, it has 13g of protein per serving, instead of the normal 8g, 50% less sugar, and it’s lactose free, so no bloat or gastrointestinal discomfort after consumption. I drink 1 jug a day, most days, which is 91g of protein, and 1050 calories, from just 7 cups of milk.
 
Also, I have a question I was hoping some of you guys may be able to answer, instead of posting a whole new thread. What benefit, if any, would there be to running Anavar and Dianabol together? Say 50mg of each daily?

I don't think that it would be a good ideal in your case. I would leave out anavar. Instead of taking 50mg of dianabol on prework out days,,, I would take 50mg of dianabol 3 times a day in split dosages,, from day one. You would have dianabol and NPP working in synergy together right of the bat at start of cycle. Those two coumpounds will give you decent gains. Adding in anavar might not bring in anymore benefit. I would leave anavar for the last 5 weeks of the cycle.

I’m just not sure the benefit of splitting doses up 3 times throughout the day is significant enough to justify the additional effort. IME once a day does just fine. I know the half life of methandienone is really short, but it still provides great gains at 1 dose per day preworkout.

Is there any info out there showing a significant difference in results from keeping stable levels with an oral?
 
Did something different with my pin today. I’ve been noticing a lower libido since starting this cycle, and I believe it’s due to the nandrolone being ran equal to the test. So for today’s show I took 300mg test E, 100mg DHB, and 150mg deca. Increasing the test dose above the deca dose by 150mg.

So I figure I’ll give a bit of insight on my diet, since it hasn’t really been talked about much. I track calories and macronutrients with My Fitness Pal on my phone. Daily intake is 4000cal. 45% carb/25% protein/30%fat (450c/250p/133f). I eat eat lots of oatmeal, bananas, almonds, sweet potatoes, brown rice, chicken, salads, occasional fish. I drink tons of milk, mostly fairlife whole milk. At least 2 protein shakes every day, preferably hydrolyzed whey. PB&J sandwiches periodically for work snacks, and lots of Cliff bars. Avocado oil to help get in healthy fats. Chic fil a chicken sandwiches are my guilty pleasure, but they have great protein content, and it’s an actual real chicken breast on a sandwich, not processed crap, so it could be worse. Overall I eat pretty healthy.
