Trained without a belt today strength loss?

Today I accidentally trained without a belt how much strength did I loose? End up hitting 3 reps on 5 pounds less than I was planning on!
 
Did the absence of the belt help your jaw line? That's the question you should be asking. Because it did!

As for this question, yes. Probably lost 90-95 percent. Good luck deadlifting 100 pounds next week. Maybe take up stamp collecting? No need to worry about lifting belts there.
