You can dissolve it in alcohol for more precise dosing. I made a batch in everclear at 20 mg/ml. Half a milliliter is 10 mg exactly. I'd still put the liquid in a capsule before swallowing, since nothing really covers up the taste.

I avoid alcohol but someone wrote to just mix it with apple cider vinegar (helps dissolve like alcohol). Might do that too...

Lol, Well I was trying not to be 2 shillish, hope that’s not how it came across. it’s not my job to do the sources work for them.
