How to shoot calves

Shocksl

New Member
Okay guys

I'm very happy with my most of my physique.

However my calves have always let me down. So I've decided to give the synthol /mct a shot.
But I'm not sure how to inject in the calves.

Can anyone point me out to a link on best way to inject calves. I understand it's also a veiny area and I need to be careful with that too !!!

Spotinjections.com

Although I'm not sure this apply to synthol shots. I think there is a guide on promuscle

Fuck synthol. Don’t do that.

Dude... Synthol isn't worth fucking with unless you're competing at a high level.

And in your calf?! Let me know how many days it takes to be able to walk again after the injections.

Fuck Synthol.

Train Calves everyday, first thing when you hit the gym. Go heavy and high volume.

They'll grow.

I've never met anyone that's had major improvements in muscle mass that trains calves, only improved definition. I'm in the large calves are hereditary boat.

Either way, synthol makes no sense, it's not practical long term. You should look into a therapist or calve implants.

They're not.

My calves are cut to shit but untrained they're not exactly huge. But if I hit them four days a week, heavy on the 15-20 range they explode.

Guys just like to bitch and let themselves off the hook because training calves isn't sexy. A chick is probably never going to mention them and pant leg splitting calves aren't a thing.

But if it were your arms? Yep, you'd be working them every day. Doing BFR and running the rack, all kinds of shit.

It's a muscle, work it and it'll grow. It's that simple.

You have way more experience than I do so, I'll take your word for it. From my (and others I know IRL) the general consensus is that calves are genetic.

Are you talking from your personal experience or have you actually seen genetically fuck calves grow from chicken legs to a great pair of calves?

90% of people at my gym working calves have bad genes, the other 10% are amateur BB.

Insertion and shape are genetic.

I have, generally speaking, very high insertions. My arms look pretty average because my biceps are short as hell. But flexed I'm sitting just over 18" with a really nice peak.

My calves are much the same. It works for me in this case though. Classic heart shape with solid but narrow ankles.

They're sitting at 16" relaxed and haven't been specifically trained in close to two years. But when I was training them multiple times a week I was rocking 20".

My buddy has lower insertion points. He doesn't have the same shape or calf to ankle proportion. So even though he's actually got bigger calves at this point, they look smaller overall.

But he's added a lot of that size doing as I advised above. Working the hell out of them.

Sets, again, in the 15-20 range. Standing calf raises at weights from 600-1000lbs. Slight bend at the knee. Seated from 135-275 and literally hundreds of bodyweight calf raises to burn out.

They may never be what you want them to be, but calves can and will grow. Too many guys just write off doing the work.

Genetics are part of the equation for sure. But everyone can make improvements if you work hard at it. Gotta put in the work. Genetec freaks like Jay Cutler have monster calves but he still put in the work.

He works calves one chest day.

First thing he does when he walks in the door. Because he has weak calves and doesn't want them to be an afterthought.

Hmmmmmmm...
