I'm thinking of starting one at some point.
Omega 3
CoQ10
Maca and maybe a multivitamin. Mostly for heart health support and trying maca for libido.

Do you have a certain supp stack that you run the whole year? Maybe another one that you run X times a year? Share it and tell us why.

TUDCA x1
IP-6 x1
Aganine x6g
Carditone x1
Hawthorn x1

All liver and blood flow essentially. I do, however, enjoy a particular chocolate greens powder and maca in my coffee.

Magnesium oil and trying topical iodine because it's not in the salt I buy.

I’ve gotten crazy with supplements at one point where I was taking about 30 a day and figured out that most don’t do shit and the supplement companies aren’t regulated so a lot of them don’t even have what they say they have in them. I’ve also felt pretty shitty at times taking that much. On the flip side I do think things like tudca, fish oil, ubiquinol, and a handful of other things are good to take unless of course your deficient in certain things then find a reputable company to buy from

I was the same. I came off everything besides my light pre workout. Becasue I was gettting headaches from all the vitamins.

Edit- I did start probitocs and they are nice. Check out labdoor (.) com for testing on supplements.

Lately I've been having L-Cysteine, liv52 for the liver since I'm off accutane for a while. And something called Kolestina10 for the cholesterol, which has helped me.

Just look up dante trudel's ig account, dude tells u what to take for everything....

Here is a list that I'm quite happy with and it's scientifically backed up:

  • Creatine
  • Multivitamin (low dose)
  • Vitamin D3
  • Vitamin K
  • Omega 3
I don't think you really need anything else.
