How do you deal with estrogen rebound?

People who use Arimidex how do you deal with estrogen rebound?

I know that Aromasin is preferable and better but for the time being I only have Arimidex, so any help is appreciated

As far as I know I’ve never had an estrogen rebound from arimidex and I’ve been using it for over 10 years on and off. Theoretically I guess you can wait til you get your aromasin And kill the excess estrogen but again I’ve never personally had an issue with it

I never noti

I never notice a difference .. I switch it up a few times a year..

After you stop suppressing your estrogen, it will rise to correlate with your Test level.

The higher your Test level, the higher your estrogen will climb.

The notion that estrogen shoots up uncontrollably after being suppressed is bro science nonsense. That's not how the body works.

I think that the supposed mechanics are that the problem with binding AI’s is that once you cease use, all of the Estrogen that had accumulated when you were using that AI suddenly gets released

You just deal with your body getting back to homeostasis. Use an estrogen blocker if you have to but also give your body time to rest when you come off.

I usually cut my volume in half for a few weeks during cruise, get massages, relax a bit more (5 days per week vs 6 days training), etc.

If you are having a really hard time, 50mg proviron can help.

How does proviron help? If I remember correctly it helps with SHBG, free test or something like that

There is no estrogen accumulation with arimidex... That is kind of the whole point. It inhibits aromatase enzyme which prevents estrogen conversion. How would there be an accumulation of something that's entire creation never occurred? The only way this argument would make sense, but still be false, is if you were referring to tamoxifen... Which blocks estrogen.

Thankfully that isn't the way it works. Look around the site, you'll find countless guides on how to execute a proper PCT.

What you won't find is guides on how to prevent estrogen rebound through the use of Nolva or other means. There's a simple reason why there aren't any.

Then what's the difference between Arimidex and Aromasin?
Because on other sites they say that Asin doesn't cause estrogen rebound because it's a suicidal AI

Actually I'm dropping down on TRT when the cycle is over, just in case it makes any difference.
And the estrogen rebound is a thing on other sites, just saying.

Without getting overly technical, you have two different modes of action that essentially result in the same outcome. Lower estrogen.

When you cease usage of these inhibitors, the original function resumes, but it doesn't go haywire as the term suggests. That's the beauty of homeostasis.

You'll be fine, man. PED forums are a breeding ground for bro-science. Back in the day, bro-scientists were saying that the use of Anadrol would destroy your liver. Here we are 15+ years later and i've yet to see Anadrol kill anyone.
