so I’m 28, ran 10+ cycles and a chronic TRT patient due to a pituitary adenoma. I’ve competed 5 times in men’s physique. I usually maintain 10% body fat at 6’3 210. I’ve wanted to run cycles focused more on growing lately as I want to add 10-20 pounds over the next 4-6 months of lean gains. My most recent cycle was 400 test 400 tren a with asin. I had great gains but really only saw more of a recomp effect. Probably gained 8-10 pounds of lean muscle at best.
My next cycle looks like
Test E 750
Deca 500
Pinning half the dose twice a week
Asin 12.5 every other day
Labs at week 4-5.
I’ve never tried EQ, thought of adding it. not a huge fan of orals as I never see much of a difference or DHTs as I shred hair. Anything else you guys would recommend throwing in? I usually keep it pretty simple.
Not a huge fan of getting fat on cycle so I usually eat just above maintenance. 250P alternating carbs at 100/200/300 throughout the week, and 80F
Training volume is 6 days with each muscle group twice a week. 30 minutes of stairs every other day. Any advice or things you guys would throw in or change?
