The red and flushing feeling has subsided... I do miss the pins and needle feeling though.

I took 1000mg my first time. It was pretty rough.

FUCK I took 200 mg on an emtpy stomach
I had to run in the shower and put cold water on me for a good 15 min. I was in pain and so itchy. It feels like sunburn x100

I quit taking the niacin. I can't do it. I need to order the low flush if it's even still worth taking at that point.

I cant believe a dam vitamin has the side effect. People must not know it does that, and panic.

I was not expecting that. When people hear said pins and needles. THAT IS NOT PINS AND NEEDLES!!! That is sunburn and then people slapping you as hard as they can all over. My feet turned purple.
