Olive oil bbq chicken

hey guys

I’m pretty tight w my macros lol, try to b down to the T with them. Now I have been eating bbq chicken for all chicken meals, I put a teaspoon of oil in with seasoning mix it up
then skewer it. Am I too count all the oil that I put on even though it’s gna be bbqd after? It’s obviously not that big of a deal but still having 3-4 of these a day can add up w fats. Just wondering...
 
I’d count all of it. Whether or not you actually ingest all of it is irrelevant because you want consistency in tracking.
