ACSM Certification

Good morning Meso. I was curious if any of our members is a CPT through ACSM and if so how the test was, major areas hit on the test, and what you would have spent more time studying after taking the test?

Im going to take this test here shortly to acquire this certification as well and was just looking for a bit of input.

I already work in the fitness industry. Its honestly just something personal i want to do and in the long run will also help with my career ad well. Its been awhile since ive taken the test. Just wondering if anyone had some insight on it i plan on taking it in the next couple weeks.

Just memorize the text book. Most of the info I learned in college. And most of the questions are not studyable.

Study what you can. STUDY! thats all you can do.
