what up. Ima be working my ass off and trying to update this daily to keep myself on track. 2nd cycle here haven’t touched gear in just about a year now. Made solid gains first cycle had some injuries and fall off though. No excuses there.

Goal: add lean tissue while fat gain to little to none. I plan on losing a few % in the process.

Diet: 3500 cals to start will adjust as needed. Protein and carbs are my focus my fats fall into place. Will update more once in a pc.

Stats:
Height: 6’3
Weight:225
Body fat: 13-16% honestly no clue but I’m not very lean also not fat.

Diet: will be more throughout later on a computer but aiming for 3500 clean cals.


Just a 12 week cycle.
Week 1-9 test E 400-500 mg/week
Week 1-12? Mast prop 350mg/week(May throw it in?)
Week 1-4 test prop 75-100 mg then weeks 9-12.
Week 6-10 anavar 50 mg ed
Hcg: 500-750 ius/week throughout.
AI: not too sure I’ll need one. Have aromosin and arinidex on hand. Will get bloods.

Pct: 50/50/50/25 clomid
25/25/25/25 nolva

Training. Section a little lacking im on my phone. I have it written on paper.

1. Heavy chest/biceps
Heavy bench working to a hard 6 reps, 4 solid chest movements with 2-3 bicep movements included. 3-5 sets of each.

2. Heavy back day/triceps.
Deadlifts (keep them lighter for back issues) still work to a hard 6-8. With 4-5 movements focusing on thickness. With 2-3 triceps movements.

3. Rest/active recovery

4. Legs/light chest. Solid 5-7 sets of leg movements. Hips are super tight and locked up so hard to say exactly what I’ll be doing. Working on that week by week.

5. Shoulders. Lots of raises and dumbbell presses.

6. Light back. accessory work. Focus lats. Main movement will be pull-ups.

7. See how we feel. Active recovery/ whatever lagging body part I’m feeling.

Cardio will be done 3-5 times a week depending how fat loss/muscle gain is looking.
 
I’m the Suana at the gym now.

Did a light but pumped shoulder workout. Getting back into it. Really focused on the connection of feeling the weight move instead of just moving the weight.

4-5 movements each consisting of 3-5 sets. Some acessory movements I do with light 5 lb plates too. Took about 35- 40 minutes.

All I’ve eaten today was some beef and half a burrito bowl from chipotle. Not worried about intake as long as it’s clean I know I am for sure in a deficit. Diet will be cleaned up in up coming days.

Dying in sauna too bad to go into more detail. So far happy with my first step.
 
Seems like a decent plan. Remember to adjust your caloric intake as you go to continue Progress and train HARD. Dieting isn’t a break from training to gain muscle. Good luck bro.

At your size, will 3500cal a day be enough while doing cardio 3-5times a week?

Thank you brother. Love to hear it from you. Definitely will be adding around 200-300 depending how I’m looking.


At your size, will 3500cal a day be enough while doing cardio 3-5times a week?
I believe so but with school I’m sure I’m going to need to up that. I do want to cut down as much as I can while adding solid tissue. Looking for slow controlled weight gain. My first cycle of test only I diced up pretty nicely while gaining about 30 lbs about a year ago. Seemed to have Kept around 18-20 solid lbs from it.
 
Just got done on a pull day.

Over/underhand rows for about 5-6 sets. About 12-15 reps each for a warm up. Stayed under 135 lbs on the barebbell for some reason my forearm tendons just will not stop acting up.

Did around 50 reps of pull ups in 4-5 sets. Did close/wide grip.

Seated cable rows really focusing on squeezing. 5 sets 15-20 reps.

Did bicep curls stayed around 30 lbs 4 sets of around 12-20 reps.

Bicep curl machine 4 sets around 60 reps in total.

Standing cable rows went heavier 5 sets with a drop set at the end.

25 min of cardio with a 12.5% incline alternating between 2.5 and 4 mph burned close to 300-325 cals.

Overall not a bad day only had a protein shake before lift.

Time to focus up on diet and hydrate. Going to work on opening up forearms

3500 calories? Lose fat and gain muscle? 12 weeks? Pick a clear goal first of all and then I can advise.

You are trying to do too much at one time!

Not at all.

I packed on my entire foundation in a massive deficit, without any gear.

The idea that the body won't use stored reserves to fuel adaptive growth is bullshit. Hes going for recomp, not a straight bull or cut.

I very easily can maintain a weight while losing fat on test alone. The purpose of this cycle is to dial My current physique as best as possible. Clean up and iron out some fine details.

I don’t expect to go from 15% body fat 225 lbs to 230 10% body fat lol. I know that’s not how it works.

Maintaining 220-225 and dropping to 10-12% is very do able for me. My first cycle of test and dbol I added 30 lb (a lot of water too) but ended up around 223 consistently while having veins in my abs.

Tren is off the radar until I’m outta college that’s for sure. I don’t think I’d handle. I actually know for a fact I couldn’t :( I’d love to throw some tren in trust me.


Either way I’ll keep this updated throughout. Haven’t started yet making sure final preparations are there. This is by no means set in stone and I’m very open to some tweaks and changes. :D

Okay, well don't do a "cut cycle." That crap is just a waste of time. On this cycle, I would do the bulk and up your calories Jesus you are a 6 foot Man with x10 normal levels of androgens. Give your body FOOD. OGH has a food thread check it out. 4k+ at the very least is where you want to go.
Calculate your TDEE and up your calories so you will be gaining 1-2 lbs per week. I can help you with the math if you want.
