Weight today was 187.0

Workout was,

1x3 squat @ 470lbs
3x3 squat @ 420lbs
4x8 paused bench @ 250lbs
4x15 pullups
4x12 seated cable rows
4x15 reverse flies

Ended up not throwing on the wraps today like I originally planned. Looks like sleeves might be more popular at this next meet so I'll probably just compete in sleeves.

4x8 squats @ 345lbs

Elbows were starting to flare up so I decided to skip triceps tonight. Think it is from the heavy squats yesterday. I'll try and hit them tomorrow if they feel better. I'm pretty sure the only reason they got sore was a simple form issue I noticed today which I'm also guessing is why my upper back looked kind of loose.

Workout was,

1x3 deadlift @ 585lbs
3x3 deadlifts @ 525lbs
4x15 pullups
3x12 seated cable rows
4x15 reverse flies

Deadlifts went up pretty easy. I took a video, but it has my face in it so I probably won't publicly post it unless I can figure out the video editor to cover it. Lol. All in all, pretty happy though. I'm definitely feeling the fatigue build up so for the reps to still move at the rpe 7-8 like they were supposed to made me pretty happy.

5x8 paused bench @ 255lbs
5x8 squats @ 370lbs
4x15 pullups
3x10 tbar rows
3x10 seated cable rows
4x15 reverse flies

Definitely feeling the fatigue. Ha. Which is great because I have to deload next week anyways.

5x6 paused bench @ 275lbs
3x8 paused close grip bench
4x10 tricep pushdowns
4x15 reverse flies

Wanted to get in some squats last night but had a weird pain in the bottom of my glute, so I decided to just give it a break for the night.
