Only cigar that ever got me Nic sick was a KFC, early release when they first came out years ago. I was at a cigar shop and almost tossed my cookies. Don’t know why, and it’s never happened again.

I retried the Cuban Cohiba Maduro line again while there and honestly was very surprised at how good they were.
Opus X is my favorite non Cuban.

What’s a good cigar to start out smoking?

Start out with something on the mild side like a Connecticut wrapper. My go to smokes for that would be Romacraft Intemperance EC, Undercrown Shade, or AVO Intermezzo.
Those are on the lighter side but still pack some flavor
The closest thing I’ve ever smoked to a cigar was a white owl white grape gutted lol.

Haha. Don't inhale. And smoke slow, I don't know if you smoke cigs but I have a buddy that smokes them and he smokes fast as fuck. Fast = hot = harsh

Acid is a very common cigar. Yes you can probably walk into a tobacco store and grab them. Anything with the light color wrapper are usually more mild of a cigar. Acid (brand) kuba, cold infusion , and Blondie are actually all good smokes that are not long (under 30m)
do not get to caught on up sizes of cigars. Just stay away from giant 8 inches or more (no homo). Any mod length will do you just fine

As a guy who use to smoke cigarettes and than went to dipping and quit that also this is a great thread. I go to the casino often and the drinks are free so I indulge. I’ve always wanted a cigar while drinking in there but just didn’t know where to even start.
