Best wrist-wraps for bench? Knee sleeves for squats?

Also I'm hearing that I might need to order knee sleeves smaller than the actual diameter of my lower quad for tightness for knee support for squats, do you guys or a size under?
Yes, I got the SBD knee sleeves in a large and my measurement was for an XL. I’d say that the minimum length for wrist wraps would be 20”. I have the elite FTS Jupiter’s they are 60cm, which is 23.5”. 10 mm belt will flex a bit more than a 13 mm. I don’t know many people that use a 13mm belt except the sbd lever belt.

X-Sleeves currently and I like them on heavy days. Just some 7MM Gym Reapers off Amazon on light and moderate days.

Used Iron Bull for years, but they changed their design and aren't nearly as stiff anymore. Still use their wrist wraps though.

Also use Mexican style wraps that are way less stiff on overhead or accessories. Some supports, but a lot more comfy.

I just went with the $39 inzer atomic wrist wraps. I only plan on using it for bench press. I only overhead press 135 for 10, I don't think I'll ever be able to overheard press so much that I'll need wrist wraps.

My favorite wrist wraps to date are either inzer or gangsta wraps.

I like strong sleeves for comp, and gangsta sleeves for training.

Dude... All you guys are wearing XLS, I'm pretty sure I have smalls and my quads are like 25.5". Lol. But my calves are only 14".

Tiny calves crew.

I rarely use my wrist wraps anymore. I never once used them in training this last meet prep. I did my opener at the meet without them and then used them on my second and third attempts.

I didn't start using them until after I already benched 385 in the gym. Now that I'm used to them going heavy without them doesn't feel right.

I never max out, but my working sets hurt and I feel like I'm causing permanent damage with 275 for 5 reps, also I just started taking a lot of tren and should be adding more weight soon, so I figured I'd just start using them now.

Shit.

I went with large on the X-sleeves thinking I like them tight, but not crazy. I have to shave my legs and damn near use lotion to get them on. XD

My quads are only 27".

Haha. I wear long socks. Fold the sleeve in half and she slides right up that sock without any hair pullage.

I fold them and it helps, have to give the socks a go. The X's have a bit of a taper, and the just get stuck on my calves like a motherfucker. Then the silicone gripper strip pulls.

I honestly consider it my leg day cardio.

The sides of my quads have gotten so dense and tight and I had some kind of tear in the left one a year ago. I've never foam rolled them before. What kind of foam roller do you guys use?

I use a rolling pin. It's almost unbearable to use a foam roller sometimes. The rolling pin I can apply as little or as much pressure as I want and do it while sitting.20191210_200607.jpg
