As long as you go slow, 1/2” is plenty deep for quads, traps, biceps, pecs, and delts. You probably want 1” for glutes and VG because the muscle isn’t right there at the surface.

Ive been using 23g one inch and pinning glutes forever. I'm pretty lean so I may have to experiment with slins..I tried it one other time w a blend. Appreciate the input

I would highly suggest following up with any customers that have received TD's who are also current meso members with decent post counts outside your thread, and offering them some kind of incentive (no, not a fucking bribe) to post feedback. I have no post count, but I was around here during super Sandra woman in the 02-04 era. Was almost all euro and mex stuff back then. How times have changed. Guys would post fax numbers back then also, lol.

The UGLs that we’re around back then, red star, going blank on more names but anyways they were overdosed to keep up with the sealed and boxed suppliers.
