Surprised to see nobody had created one yet.
Merry Christmas to you all and your families!
Also, if you have any cool personal Christmas Traditions, do tell!
I will share how Christmas is done in Sweden.
We celebrate on Christmas Eve, everybody gets ready and gathers to help cook and then the annual Christmas cartoons that predate my birth are watched. Then dinner is served on a "jul bord"(Christmas table) it's more or less a smörgåsbord of Christmas foods.
This picture is pretty much dead on.
After you eat and the sun goes down around 4PM, yes 4PM, it's Sweden during winter time... Then some member of the family gets some "emergency" they need to attend for some fictitious reason. The family member then returns dressed up as Santa! My grandmother used to do this! I did it once too for my little sister, it was so much fun watching her eyes light up seeing "Santa." So then Santa sits down asks if there were any good kids and starts delivering presents from his sack that he brought. Afterwards he leaves and that is pretty much it. Obviously you can tell it's a fake Santa but to the kids it's real. And why are you celebrating Christmas anyway?! It's to have fun and excitement
Personally I find that way of celebrating Christmas unique. Would be interested in other traditions!
Also, here are the cartoons they play on Christmas in Sweden, it's the whole playlist. The Second one "Tomtes verkstad" Santa's workshop, is one of my favorite. I have watched that one so many times with so much excitement in my stomach.
