Heightened blood pressure post injections

You mean a colostomy/ileostomy bag? And why do you say this? Not trying to be confrontational I’m just curious, what about running high doses of gear (upwards of 3 grams) would give someone a reason to need a colostomy/ileostomy bag?

That makes sense, certainly is interesting. I have ulcerative colitis myself and have always feared having to get one of those... I’m pretty moderate with doses these day’s but I certainly wasn’t in my 20’s... maybe the high doses had something to do with the onset of my colitis. Thanks for sharing

High doses for long periods of time ISNT worth the risk ..

So true. Low doses, time off, patience, consistent optimal training, nutrition and sleep is going to be my focus now. My goals are high, but mass isn't. So although I want it really bad, and got carried away, I was wrong to use such a high dose. Thanks guys.

Yea it happens. Wanting it but getting a little impatient. But honestly its mlre hundering on higher doses. Especially lethargy and food intake. When I feel better I eat and loft more.
 
I was hoping to compete this year. Goal of the cycle was just to be my be my best self honestly. Stats are 5'9 185-187 at about 8-9% bodyfat. Excellent proportions though, ive taken time to really focus on that. I could have more mass had it not been for that focus.
While a 1.5g of test is ridiculous, at least you didn’t say 245 @ 18% bf lol. Remember it’s a marathon, not a sprint. I’d also stay clear of deca if you want to stay lean (deca puts water on me pretty good). Try npp if you haven’t ran it before as it still wouldn’t be as much pinning as 1.5g of cyp :D

You inject 1.5 grams of test all at once and you're wondering why you're experiencing high blood pressure....
Basic things !!!

Split 2-3 per week you're going to have no problem.

Also do an experiment not only you whoever's reading this post.

Monitor closely your bp from day to day around the same time.
One day prior monitor your BP do your injection whatever is in the syringe and instantly or 5 minutes later measure again you're gonna notice its higher.

PS: Just read your stats you're using way more testosterone than your physique needs especially without GH in the blood.
Lower your dosage and replace the mg's with lighter anabolics such as nandrolone/boldenone/primobolan

Testosterone can be so much overwhelming if you use more than your body needs/can tolerate.
 
Man, it’s a marathon not a sprint. Cut your dose in half or else you’re probably going to have some health issues. Look into competing in MP for now. Or, take your time and get to appropriate weight and conditioning for Classic, which will take years.
We all love this shit so much—it’s important that you make sure you can do it for as long as possible, brother!
 
Also, look into John Meadows’ philosophy on train and gear. He typically advises you to get as much as you can out of as little as possible.

By the way, you probably don’t need to cruise on 200mg. But, your bloodwork will tell you that—everybody’s response to T is different. At your weight, 125mg/150mg a week should do you well and give your body a proper break between blasts. Shit, you could probably continue to gain good muscle on your cruises if training and nutrition are good.

You ever try doing partials at high reps like he's shared in some of his shoulder workout videos? I have. Talk about lighting that muscle on fire!

Exactly! Tons of wisdom there. I take a ton of inspiration from the older dudes—him, Lee Priest, and Dave Palumbo. They really know their shit. While science is useful in our pursuit, training is really an art as well! Everybody responds differently to certain types of training.

Oh man, I just did these today for delts!! Lateral raise partials 4x20 at a heavy weight. Shit burns so damn bad.

I’ll have to check that one out! Haven’t seen it yet

Glad you got it all worked out. Get bloods done after a month on the lower dose and adjust as necessary so you stay right at the top range of normal.
