Height-6’0
Weight 208
Bf- around 10-11%
Goal weight 235 although if I’m leaning I would like to see how far I can take it.
Been training for 3 years. Started out at 167
Only have 1 cycle under my belt which was test c and deca. Brought me from 195-220. But my weight slowly tapered down.
Ok just a little more information...
Are you trying to compete in classic or the open one day? I'm asking this question to help determine your motivation level, and how far your ambition really goes.
And Just to confirm you did a pct after the first cycle and still plan to pct? If you're leaning towards a successful pro career, than regardless of being 21 I'd recommend you stay on 200MG test off cycle as a TRT/cruise. That will save you much of the muscle lost of doing a PCT.
Now if you're doing this for a hobby, like most, than the PCT is better idea.
Regardless of the goals you have, id advise against tren except in cases of contest prep at a pro level.
For you sir, I'd stick to Test, EQ, Masteron, Deca, and primobolan. No orals.
There's nothing you can't get out of one of these injectables you won't be able to get out of an oral. Using injectables is far less taxing on your body generally speaking and you can get Alot more out of them over a longer cycle.
For you right now trying to grow I'd recommend the following cycle...
Test C 350 1-16
Nandrolone Deca 400 1-16
EQ 600 1-16
You'd do well on this, and your body really won't have very much issues tolerating this cycle.
On a cut I'd move towards...
350 Test C 1-12
600 Mast E 1-12
400-1G primo E 1-12
The kind of doses you'd run Definitely are goal dependant, also whether or not you may look to include hgh are again also goal dependant.
Lastly, understand that nothing comes without risk. Nothing comes without trade offs...
Do you have a family history of heart disease? So many in this field die from heart attacks. I can without a doubt tell you that your participation in this life will certainly increase your risk factors.
So with every goal you set, and with every decision you make. Ask yourself what you're willing to risk. Are you willing to leave this world potentially in your 30's or 40's? In bodybuilding we have people die almost month to month. Often at a young age. Yesterday we lost ifbb pro Scott mline, age 46. It's not uncommon that we've lost people in there 20's even. Wherever you go with this in the future and whatever your thoughts are, if nothing else get yourself an EKG and cardiovascular work up every 6 months. In addition do blood panels.
