Hey guys, so I’ll give some stats!

Height: 6’2”
Age: 23
Bodyfat: unsure
Training Experience: 3 years
Weight: 185

Goals: gain more mass overall, slightly lean out potentially since on first cycle.

Diet: likely be in a lean surplus, around 250-500 calories

Cycle: I am currently cruising, one I start the cycle it will be...

- Test E 250mg E3.5D
- Asin as needed

No kickstart, keeping it simple!
 
In my personal experience, I gained like 15-18 pounds but it was basically all water except 5. I ate like shit...hungry howie 5$ pizzas...ice cream..300mg protein. I really was that dumbass who thought if you eat big you get fucking hugggeee. So yeah if you diet hard af!! and train harder you'll put on more than me. It really all depends on the work you put in dude. Write it all down, so you can gauge how your body reacts to those foods and training regimens. Then you'd have invaluable information and a more solid foundation to build on in the future!!! Hope this helps.
 
Hey guys! Just an update I am on the 2nd Week. My fourth pin was this past Monday (yesterday). I did a mini frontload the first week.
So far my pins have been
  1. Saturday February 1st 250mg
  2. Monday February 3rd 250mg
  3. Friday February 7th 250mg
  4. Monday February 10th 250mg
Still haven't touched AI. Have not noticed any sides or any real changes quite yet.
 
Had my fifth pin yesterday. Did glutes, was super shitty ngl haha. Lost a bit of oil from removing too fast! I was so upset!

Gym has been feeling good, Saturday is usually my rest day but I am planning to just go hit arms.

As far as physique/strength, nothing has really changed quite yet.
 
Did you get pre cycle blood work done? I'd suggest not taking any AI until you get mid cycle blood work done to know what your levels are. 23 is also way young to be cycling in my opinion, especially given your weight and height. I think you could have progressed a lot more before touching gear, especially at your age

I already have pituitary issues, so I was already on TRT before. I get bloods regularly from my endocrinologist. I will be getting them again after the cycle.
