The pic of me in red was newyears 292lb. The other was 3 days ago 248lb. 3 day dry fasts with 1500 cals on feed days. Light training with a few max effort days doing 10 easy heavy singles.
 
My bench took the biggest hit 384 in comp. To 352 with comp plates on texas system benc . My deadlift is right at 600 from 628 comp number. And i havent squated a 1rm yet
 
Im considering another month after this month to see how low i can go. I think at about 230 i will be out of expendable fat (below 10%) that would be perfect though i could go into 240 class at under 12% bf watch out im close to some records there. I could have the deadlift WR this year and maybee the bench within 2. I know i can bulk and cut easy now.

When i eat its red meat a little cheese maybee a tortia. Once in a while a little pasta. This month im refueling and training so a few more carbs and maybee 2500cal a day. I can purge in march if need be. Metabolism seems to be faster now might not need another purge. April starts peak into PA state championships.
 
Im going to try some of the P28 stuff like the pizza and French Toast during the peak. Coach gregg anabolic kitchen on youtube.

You’re going to do a meet that soon?
I doing a meet in September the Revolution Powerlifting Syndicate Pennsylvania state championships Or worlds in Dayton Ohio whichever I have a better peak into they are close together. Id love for some of u to come we can be team Meso. Im doing masters 45 to 49 242 lb. Im hoping for my first 400lb bench on platform there and possibly WR deadlift
 
There is info for worlds. That is meet i am more than likely going to do. Pro class has no testing. The time frame gives me a long time to drop under 230 and build up to 242 during peak. It would be optimal to build up instead of cutting for meet. This will be my first attempt at this and we will see how successful it is. Really looks like a fun weekend too with other events going on.
