Walmart is great for pain killers. Their Great Value ibuprofen seems dosed correctly.

As said already, walmart. Only the pharmacy desk is not where they're located, you have to talk to the other customers and sooner or later you'll find oxy',s, valuum, pretty much whatever you need. Save money, live better
