Manlet's first cycle

Yeah, I'm definitely stronger wider stance low bar. If I do it consistently the elbow thing creeps up on me and really manifests on bench. I did mostly front squat last year and switched to low bar about six weeks out from a meet. This experimenting with wide stance high bar wearing Olympic shoes. High bar for sure feels less powerful. With low bar you can get yourself out of a bind using your back, with low bar you're pretty much getting stapled if you hit a hard sticking point


Definitely agree on getting out of a tough spot, however I certainly feel much less confident bailing on a low bar wide stance if I ever get to that.
I haven't noticed any discomfort with my elbow squatting until this week so I'm definitely going to just take it easy and see how things progress.
 
Just had my first little mishap while pinning.
Filled the syringe, inserted said syringe into glute and started the plunger but alas no oil made it to me, it all pissed out the side because the twist lock was loose. So 1ml of oil in the trash and started over

Was thinking of getting them through Amazon if they sold some/or some source here that I saw.
I also have my first cycle sitting on my shelf in my room.not ready to use it as I will have my physical exam and bloods done first..only gonna run test-e as well 300-500mg/week.i do have anavar.but not thinking of using it.have my pct on hand too.gotta get HCG...my phisique kind off same bf as urs I'm actually gonna try to lower my bf a bit more.

Diet started yesterday at 175.0lbs.
Current macros are
180gm protein.
205 gm carbs and 50 fat
=1995-2010 kcals
Shooting for 1-2 lb weight loss/week
Till I reach 160lbs.then I'll hire a coach to guide me through the cycle.hoping to step on stage hopefully next year.mens physique.

Sounds like u have a good plan as well.

If you check out the Steroids Lab section, there is a lot of good resources for blood work, syringes and so forth. I'll certainly encourage you to read through there fairly thoroughly if you haven't yet.
Personally I picked up a kit from liquidations outlet that's put together for TRT. Comes with 50 3ml syringes with 50 25g needles and 50 18g needles for drawing, as well as alcohol wipes and a sharps disposal bin.

In addition to that, I'm most likely going to be blasting and cruising after my 12 week cycle at 600mg/wk depending on my 6 week bloods putting my e2 and whatnot as my focus point. If all is well, I'll lower my dose down to 150/wk for trt dose cruising, and blast twice a year.

In regards to the anavar, I would personally wait until your next cycle. See how the test feels and get used to how it makes you feel.

Yeah I'm thinking of cruising at 150/wk trt dose. My natural T was right around 500, which isn't fantastic but I know it's also not that low. The plan was to PCT, get bloodwork and see how my T is after that. If it's low I'll start TRT, but given my family's history for low T I'd rather just get it out of the way now.

I get your point.I like that you did your research and i am sure you will do the right thing for you.Was just asking out of curiosity :)
 
Yeah I wasn't thinking of running the anavar..only test to see how I react to it.dont want to be running multiple things and not knowing which one might be giving me any effects.

How old are you? Do you have kids? Do you compete in any sports? B&C isn’t ideal if you want kids anytime soon. Even if you don’t fertility can be a mess later on if you stay on for long periods

27 with 4 kids a vasectomy and my wife had her tubes tied lol
Sports wise looking to eventually compete in strongman, but again nothing crazy. Really what it's going to boil down to is how I feel after PCT. If i feel like ass I'll try a few months at trt dose and see if it's worth it.
I have a family history of low T on my fathers side and low thyroid production on my mothers, so I see it as an inevitability at this point.

I just want to make it clear that I understand relying on trt and B&C isn't ideal for most folks. When I did my few SARM cycles my body took forever to come back from suppression, even with 40/40/20/20 nolva and my body felt destroyed for about 2-3 months even after pct, and my test seemingly never recovered fully. I'll take the inconvenience and all the work that comes with B&C if it means consistency in the way my body feels in regards to libido and mindset.

I went the B&C route from my first cycle and this year will be my fifth year of it. I am a bit older than you as well. For me managing hematocrit and RBC has been the biggest problem. My lipids were also slightly out of range on 200mg and 250mg of test a week. I'm currently trying 150mg and taking supplements that supposedly help cholesterol plus eating more fiber and going to test again. Of course your results may vary.
 
Week 4 update:
Fasted weight up to 176 lbs
water intake is great
food intake is great
macros are a bit carb heavy though

strength is feeling amazing, hit some PRs this week which I certainly attribute to a bit of placebo and the fact I'm eating a shit ton.
Definitely retaining a lot of water as I'm feeling pretty puffy, but otherwise my body feels fantastic.
Radial tendon is being finicky, bought elbow sleeves to try and play it safe but managed to tweak the tendon putting them on yesterday which ruined my workout.
Hit back today with no issues in movement, going to hit arms on my lunch break and attempt chest again Friday.

I have similar issue both arms. Found it was a combination of low bar squat and bit too much work involving biceps. I have also caused the issue putting the sleeves on as well but it was already flared up. I found Glucosamine, Tumeric, Fish oils have helped some and take ibuprofen pre bench.
 
Week 5 update:
Monday's injection left a small lump on my right glute at the injection site. It was the last bit of my first vial so I'm hoping it wasn't a piece of stopper or something I couldn't see.
It's not painful or extremely large, I'd say quarter size around the most previous injection site.
I will switch over to left glute for tomorrow and keep an eye on it.
With there being no pain, fever or extreme swelling I'm going to see how it is at the end of the week. It's also fairly solid, it doesn't feel soft or "liquidy".

My first cycle I had outrageous pip basically the whole time. Felt a knot in the muscle and it was sore for about a week each time. As the cycle went on, it kind of got better, but the first 8ish weeks were almost unbearable. Chances are its probably fine, but sounds like you know what to look for. Always better safe then sorry.

Yeah I've also pinned 9/10 injections so far in my right side, so I'm sure I should switch it up a bit.
The only thing about this knot is that it is raised on the surface a bit, rather than being deeper in the muscle. I did pin with some oil on the needle so maybe it's just inflamed who knows.

Are you pinning the same site over and over or am I misreading it?
