Path to a 500 wilks

Weight today was 183.2

Workout was,

2x3 squats @ 415lbs
2x12 floor press
3x10 tricep pushdowns
3x10 lateral raise
3x15 chest supported row
4x15 seated calf raise

Squats were really smooth. Got a massage afterwards. Might start doing that more often

I hear it really assists with recovery as well.
See a lot of pros use that alongside extreme cold

Weight today was 182.2

Workout was,

3x5 paused front squats
3x8 snatch grip rdl
5x8 decline bench @ 185lbs
3x12 single arm facepulls
3x10 preacher hammer curls
3x10 tricep pushdowns
4x8 standing calf raises

First day back to benching, forgot my gym bag so I subbed squats with front squats and deadlifts with snatch grip rdls. Felt good to change it up anyways. Found out decline feels pretty good. A little late on ordering my cycle, but I should have my shit by the end of the week and officially be "on" about this time next week. Kind of pumped because I've had low T for what seems like forever now. Lol.

Technically I've actually been cruising on 150mg test a week. Just ran out 6 weeks ago and haven't ordered any more until now. Lol. Figured it wouldn't hurt to let the body clear out.

All of the gyms in my area got shut down. I ended up getting a new rack, fat pad bench, and deadlift bar. There were a few other small things like an ez curl bar, dumbbells, and a t-bar/landmine set up. Might try to get a cable machine because I love a good tricep pump from cable pushdowns. My gym is still open for now, but I'm debating going ahead and buying something like that in the next few days.

Mine just closed. Still working. Actually at a hospital today. Roads are still pretty busy. All these places closing is really obnoxious

Nice rack and I am sure you can find a cable attachment for it or if you are handy you can probably make one of your own.

I already ordered a lat pulldown machine. It has a seated row attachment with it also. I figured that will let me do basically everything I would personally ever care to do. I also ordered a preacher curl bench and an adjustable bench in case I feel like mixing things up.

Awesome, if you got the space for that. All that's basically all you need to get a reasonably decent workout at home. Stay safe and get swole!

Here's a picture of my temporary gym for the time being. Ran out of stall mats so I couldn't cover the whole floor. Ended up putting it in the garage of a house I'm doing a live in flip on. The garage wasn't insulated worth a shit so I quick insulated half of it and then covered the workout area in a tarp to try to hold the heat in. Ha
