A lot of people are living paycheque to paycheque and my local Soup Kitchens etc are packed and running our of food.

There have even been food bank robberies.

Regardless of whether you think what is being done now is right or wrong, this administration was briefed by the previous administration during the transition period on what the possible outcome could be of a pandemic of this nature but unfortunately 2/3 of the people in that briefing are no longer in the administration and the other 1/3 obviously didn't pay attention. Much of this could have been avoided had the country been better prepared.

Yes, you are right, let’s just fuck everyone’s lives up across the globe because of a few dozen that have a few years left to live.

Let’s say I will live to be 70, I’m pretty much 30 by now.

Let me be a fucking miserable for the rest of my life (40 years), Working paycheck to paycheck best case scenario, worst case scenario homeless, so that some 70 year olds and or diseased people could live for an extra 5-10 years.

That’s a fucking brilliant idea man, I honestly don’t know how people with that train of thought could ever get a seat in any government, but by the looks of it, decision making doesn’t need to be a strong point in the job requirements.

We need rational people running the governments of the world, not fucking philanthropists.

If you feel so compelled, you could go full Madre Teresa and be a volunteer for the cause, I’m sure they need a lot of people, but it seems to me like you are sitting your ass at home.

If we look at the average age of congressman/senators/MPs etc.

They ARE in the risk group
60+ unhealthy white males lol.

We can agree on this being handled Improperly form the onset.

way I look at it most of these politicians are mainly looking in getting re-elected. Screwing up the economy is a sure-fire way of messing that up (which is why Trump undersold this at the beginning...) so there has to be something to this...

I’m 53 - I’ve got 10 strict ( ie from full hand , hollow core, pointed toes) or 20 Kipling ( Crossfit style ) in the locker.

In fairness volume does drop off with multiple sets but @kosp does have a point

You could try over the next few weeks to build to

5 sets x 5 strict pull-ups
5 sets x 5 single leg pistol squat ( each leg)
5 sets x 5 handstand press-ups

Do it as a circuit

That’s a serious tricep, bicep, lat, shoulder quad and glute workout

There’s loads of progressions and scaling options if you haven’t got a particular movement in your locker already
