I am sorry that I don’t know how to post YouTube video links but if you need some home gym motivation try searching “African weightlifters “ on YouTube. Those guys use all sorts of shit to be able to lift. Rope, pulleys, buckets, scrap metal, bamboo bars, metal rods, exc. even saw a clip of a dude doing deadlifts in the mud and rain using a metal rod with buckets of sand or something on them. It was pretty inspirational, that dedication. Again sorry i am lacking technology wise.

Then on your posting menu here paste that address in the box that pops up when you click the film looking icon I circled in red.

I’m very familiar with those videos, I believe these places they train at are actually like that open gym on muscle beach, where people go train there but no one actually trains there on a regular basis.
Even if it was the case, we still needed to make the dumbbells and the “machines”, which takes some knowledge.
And also, a place to put them.

Sooner or later, those who have to die are going to have to die. The world’s economy can’t handle this situation, the world leaders are going to have to choose between letting 2% of the population die, or 98% living in such misery that it will be worse than the disease itself.

100% of the US pop isn’t getting this. Right now the death rate is 1.27 in the US. In 2017 the flu and pneumonia killed 55,000. Doubt we will hit that number when this is all over.

The country is doing the right thing by shutting everything down. Most people hate their jobs, most kids hate going to school. This country works too hard and for what, to pay ass loads of taxes that are packed up and sent over seas to places like Israel that gets $4 billion every year. They have free healthcare and free higher education while our people don't have jack shit.
Just sit back and enjoy the vacation. The less you do, the less taxes you pay, the poorer the police state, the less prisons are built, the more government people have to be let go.

I have a powertec work bench, lat pull down extension, power block dumbbells 120 lbs and an exercise bike. I still belong to a gym, but this has really come in handy now. I bought the powertec really cheap from Letgo. It came with 500 libs of weight too. The guy wanted $ 600.00 !!
