Covid breaking my hopes

I’ll give that ago tonigjt

Let me know how you get on

FYI - after re- reading my post I guess I could have expressed it better as

5 Rounds of:

5 strict pull-ups
5 single leg pistol squat ( each leg)
5 handstand press-ups

No rest between reps / movements
30 seconds rest at end of each round

I did it today and pretty much nailed it - but going to work on building to 10’s ( although I struggle a bit with volume since I got to my fifties )

You could always make your own dumbells by taking 2 protein tube and fill it up with concrete and stick a piece of wood through it. If you wanted to be lighter you can buy smaller plastic tubs. It literally cost 10-20 dollar each dumbell maybe even less.

I spent the last month before the current state researching and deciding what bench, weights, treadmill and even what rubber tiles to lay down and now everything is out of stock. FML.

Not everyone has space in their homes to get a home gym.

I keep a set of 60lb adjustable dumbbells in my closet and do DB squats and incline push-ups/dips on rainy days . I do pull-ups on 2x6 ceiling rafters then DB curls . Your not gonna get huge but it will keep you firm and in shape....

I think I’m gonna do some calisthenics,
never did that shit before in my life, but it’s my best bet.

Everything I need is right here (plus a bench) all for a few hun on Craigslist . If you dont have home equipment then this is the time . Or you can go without and piss and moan and get smaller...;) :p

I found a squat rack locally yesterday for $300. Got my garage all cleaned out and then measured and it's like 2-3" too tall to fit, so my setup is outside for now too. Better than nothing though.

I wish I had a garage to put stuff in, all I needed was a rogue power cage with a pull up bar, a bench, a barbell, some plates and adjustable dumbbells...
For now just get the bench and the dumbells? That doesn't take up much room.
Install a pull up bar in one of the doors in your apartment/house. Probably get the parts for it for under 15 bucks or so at a hardware store.
