I’ve learned over the years of what keeps some sides at bay. I get the Walmart brand pedialyte “strawberry” and mix one with water throughout the day. I also do smoothies with frozen berries, a banana, and coconut water twice a day. My only sides are dark pee, sweating, and some fatigue. I’ll run my dose for another two days as it gets closer to peaking to asses how I feel.

Same sides I get, along with not being able to sleep but thc and melatonin. The hardest part about being on DNP is the cravings I get after I train. I usually eat my "Dinner" right after, I can go for my dinner, popcorn and a protein shake and still feel starving. The mental aspect is the far harder then the sides I get tbh.
I run around 400-500mgs as well

The frozen berry smoothies 2x a day cure any kind of carb cravings I get from it. The way I mitigate sides is my own preference and may not be best for everyone. I also take melatonin and keep a tub of tums by my bed Incase the heartburn creeps up when I’m sleeping .

I always work my way up, the first time I did 400 I ran 200 mgs for a week then bumped it, thought about if I could take more of it. 200 mgs for me is a cake walk. Then this time I started with 400 mgs right off bat since I know the dnp and what the dose does to me.

I've never tried that, I'm going to give it a shot. I crave carbs, eat pop corn and then want something sweet so I eat some apples and a lowish cal yogurt. That's kinda how I balance that out, my issue is just the amount of hunger I feel after training is insane, I even take a protein shake and half a bar before cardio to kind of help me out.

Usually I start very high then ramp down. 3-5 day inferno cycles. Today was my first day after a couple day break. For me the lethargy is bad even on 200, so I'd rather run a higher dose for less days. I do manage to do basic workouts and cardio but that's about it.

Anything above 600 of the old dinitroshop powder was miserable. Like I would testify against Hillary Clinton before doing that again. Lol.
So far im finished with day 3 @800 and not feeling too much.

for me 1,000 of shredded is about the same as dinitro at around 800. When I use to run dinitro I would eat MUCH more if I wasn't on anything like modafinil. If you want more energy/appetite control on dnp then modafinil or ECA helps a ton.

I’m only running 200 for 4 days and then ramping up to 400. I feel nothing, but I don’t honestly expect to at this low. Then again, I’ve heard others say they have had other sources and felt it at this low. My urine is normal color, but I drink a gallon of water everyday anyway. No sweat, but I do feel exceptionally tired.

I try to stick to fruits and veggies on DNP. It’s a quick increase in heat and then I’m fine. Slow digesting carbs make me feel awful for a longer period of time. This is not science based or any professional knowledge. It’s just my opinion.

How many carbs is your fruit shake? How many carbs a day are you at?

Each has roughly 30g of simple carbs from the berries and coconut water. Then the 33oz pedialyte is 25g per bottle. I stay right at the 100 mark the rest is protein. Try try to keep my fats to a minimum on DNP. Again, not backed by any kind of science. Just what works for me.
