I've also heard DHB can kill your hunger and it's good for cutting.
I experienced the opposite,
Hunger is wild..... I'm waking up at 1 am and eating Protein, Carbs.. I cant stop... I'm decent on controlling my macros... not the best ... but not the worst.
Not with fucking DHB.
As for the night sweat... none.
I'm warm when I go to sleep, but around 2am I'm quite cold.
The external factor that COULD explain this for me is I'm T3 dependant.
So my T3 is depleted at night, so my metabolism slows down substantially, which would counteract the sweating... wish I was smarter so that I could definitively say.
I've had some good strength gains on it.
As you know, I'm hitting some serious PRs.
BUT I'm also running 50mg Winnie, so it could be the winnie
I've had better strength gains from 300npp with some Var to be honest.
I'd give DHB a 6/10...
