Lifting for the past 32 years didn't do anything to expand my mind, I've never had a conversation with someone on tren that was the least bit interesting, most of them are knuckle dragging closed emotionally stunted idiots that sit in the bathroom posing, these are dumb fucks to the highest degree.

I've said in the past that I never lift for looks, only to stay strong, I think men staring in a mirror to see how they look is pathetic. Working in healthcare for several decades allowed me to see people missing arms, legs, half their skulls with their tongues hanging out, I've seen a lot of traumas of burn victims. How you look on the outside isn't really that important, it's how you feel is where its at. Steroids are just as much about the CNS as they are building muscle.

Contrary to my trolling, I do have a lot of experience in lab work, hematology and coag, blood banking, chemistry, microbiology. So I bring something to the table if someone has questions about lab values correlating to disease states, of course I also brew all my own gear as well, perform my own therapeutic phlebotomy with a rigged up peristaltic pump, the same stuff any advanced user of AAS is gonna have.

The pump rate is 53ml per minute, that's not much faster than say hooking up a 60cc syringe. You can buy your silicone tubing in 10ft rolls with a 2mm ID X 4mm OD, you take the end of your butterfly needle 19g in my case and gorilla tape the hose inside of a cut off piece of silicone tubing making an airtight seal going into the pump. Have it going into 2000ml beaker with clay kitty litter so the blood can clot, but not stick to the beaker, you dump this in your bucket lined with a trashbag to dispose.
The pump is hooked up to a 12v DC using a female plug adapter with positive and negative alligator clips. It's very crude, but it works for cheap. And so much easier than drawing off one 60cc syringe after another with one hand.

Total cost is $15 for the pump, $15 for the power supply, $10 for the silicone tubing. Clean up by running a half a liter 10% bleach through the line and then running half a gallon distilled water through the pump tubing. Pumps wear out and need replaced every three to four months.

I use this method because about every 40 days I need to draw off about 800 to 1000ml as my hct is always 65 by the time I draw.

I also draw off a blood tube 10ml EDTA and let it sit upright for 4 days to let the rbcs separate from the plasma to get a close estimate of hematocrit.
