First off, you're a snitch because you're not sitting in a jail cell right now. You tattled as much as you could in an uphill direction, that's undeniable.

Attached is your plea agreement. It's generic legalese and seemingly not that interesting until you get to section 21, which happens to be titled "5k1.1 & Fed R Crim p35"

For all of you that don't like to do independent research, the title of section 21 is basically saying they he cooperated with the feds to obtain a plea deal.

This is where the argument would be made that the plea deal was just part of the original investigation and @biggerben69 and his claims of continued prosecutorial/LE help is false. Let's dive a little deeper into this plea deal, shall we?

Continuing right along with section 21, we come to item 'J'. This paragraph, buried at the bottom of the 21st section, describes part of your plea deal in very simple and plain English:

"The United States and the defendant agree that the defendant will continue his cooperation even after he is sentenced in the matter. His failure
to continue his cooperation will constitute a breach of this agreement, and the defendant agrees that under such conditions, the United States will be free to reinstate the charges and the prosecution of the charges in the
indicident, which are to be dismissed in accordance with this agreernent.
Under these circumstances, the defendant expressly waives any rights he may have under the statute of limitations and the speedy trial provisions"

Seems like some pretty solid language that you agreed to continue to help the feds after you signed this plea deal, does it not? Wouldn't that make Ben's claim really fucking believable, would it not? Kinda makes you look like a rat and a liar, does it not?

At the bottom of the document I posted what you see is how I accepted responsibility for what I did. Which is what you have to do when you accept a plea bargain. If you've ever been in court you would know that.

On the bottom of the document you posted it Shows that I admitted to the crime that I committed, and in the very next paragraph it shows what the crime was. Which was sending 100 Bottles to the feds. Then it has my signature, my lawyer signature, and both the district Attorney's signatures. Fucking clown. You feel dumb now don't you?

What's laid out nice? I'm assuming you're talking about the opening page of what he told me to post because nothing he posted or what I posted just now says anything about me talking a 5k1 and cooperating.

Let me explain how this works since obviously you guys don't. If somebody took plea bargain to cooperate it would be on the page that I posted that has the point system, and it would say something like minus so many points for cooperating but you don't see that do you? The only minus you see is from me admitting to the crime that I committed..

The answer to this question, as @biggerben69 previously stated, would be in the presentencing investigation report (PSIR). This report is sealed.

The PSIR would definitively answer, once and for all, if and what the defendant provided in exchange for leniency.

I think it is unusual. It's not something that I usually see arbitrarily included. That is why I automatically assumed the 5k1 was offered and accepted on my first reading. But upon closer reading, it did not say that.

I understand now. It’s put in there and it’s the government’s choice on whether or not he’s useful enough to take him up on it if he agrees to it. Standard stuff so they don’t have to re-invent the wheel each time.

It’s just odd because it also says he initially denied any involvement. So it’s not like he was being a standup remorseful guy. It was only after they had his fingerprints on the vial. Why would they subtract points for that considering he was being a pain in the ass.

Yes it is. My son dropped a table leg on it about a year-and-a-half ago, and i had to get it removed. The doctor said it will grow back like that. Its about 3/4 of an inch thick. You can't even cut it with toenail clippers...[emoji1745][emoji1745][emoji1745][emoji1745]
