Do any of you have this equipment?

I’m thinking of getting this product and would love some opinions on it, like the amount of weight I should get to do leg curls/ extensions.

I was looking at that bench awhile back. Looks very stable and only saw one bad review on it. Lots of good reviews. The one bad review was due to a bent plate bar after loading 100 pounds on it. Guy said he ordered another leg attachment and it did the same thing. I find that hard to believe so I would say go for it.

How much weight do you reckon one would need to do a heavy ass leg workout in plates.

I actually do have the Ironmaster Super Bench Pro and the leg attachment. But here's the catch: I've had them both for about 2 weeks and the plates I ordered still aren't here....so I haven't been able to use either of them.

I can say, however, that both the bench and the leg attachment are SUPER sturdy and well built. I can't imagine these bending under any sort of realistic weight.

As for the question about the dumbbells... The attachment has two adapter bars so you can use small plates like the ones for their dumbbells or you can use standard 2 inch hole olympic plates.
