Surprising TRT bloodwork...

Far to much emphasis is placed on "TRT" labs, rather then the improvement of OBJECTIVE low T signs and symptoms.

And OBJECTIVE signs and symptoms do not include an erection on command.
My symptoms of concern were not based on ED. Mostly fatigue, weight loss ,depression, mood swings, hot flashes. Treatment has greatly improved these symptoms.

Over 1200 ng/dl damn, you're lucky. My E2 ref range is 0-146pmol/L and I sit around 120pmol/L on 100mg/wk. What is your test dose? Your E2 is definitely high.

Edit* never mind I read you're on 120mg/wk. I hit about 1100 on 100mg/wk with injections 2x a week. Maybe do more frequent injections to lower estrogen rebound. 20-30pg/mL is ideal. Some like a bit higher. I wouldn't start an AI unless absolutely necessary. Hard on your lipids. Maybe reduce test dose. I'm not sure if you'll notice a difference between 1000ng/dL and 1200ng/dL.
I don’t know about it being hard on your lipids. I’ve been on Arimidex for 6 or 7 years with no issues

How do people know it was the AI that was messing with their lipid profile and not the gear they were taking? Or their diets? I can’t be an anomaly.

Or changes in ones exercise routine, use of other supplements blah, blah, blah.

Excellent question because what you're referring to is a pervasive problem with anecdotal conclusions that run rampant on PED forums, as the data required to verify a cause and effect relationship are notably absent.

To that end participants need to understand, the plural of anecdote is anecdotes not evidence .

My symptoms were all the above. ED is the only one that persists. My hope is that the AI and increased test dose help with that.

All other symptoms have disappeared tho.
She’s got me on DHEA, Low Dose Naltrexone, Pragnenolone, arimidex, and test e. That and a bunch of $$$ supps I buy from her. She’s awesome though. Thoroughly impressed with her knowledge, compassion, and willingness to help.

Funny you say that as well. I know someone that ran strictly aromasin and after talking to him after a few years he said he switched over to .25 adex instead and bloods were in line with no adverse effects nor cholesterol additions. I was also under the impressions that it does screw with said values, great to learn new things and not just rumors.
