Ho guys, i asked some advices in another thread and the big @BigBaldBeardGuy suggested me to use 14g of glutamine peptides splitted in 2 times to help with some Tren Ace digestion problems.

i m at the 2nd week of my cycle, and i m pretty sure its Tren Ace (50mg ED) thats causing me stomach bloating, indigestion and hunger loss...

it has started at the 12’ day of cycle...

i m taking some digezyme before meals but its not helping. i m taking glutamine peps but nothing.

What do you guys think? It s related only to Ace or even Enanth?

and... what can i do to re bring my digestion to normality? Other than dropping Tren Ace, of course.

once i read something about leaking gut syndrome.. but, i dont know...

would appreciate some advices from experts that can help me and the others who have the same problems...i feel free to ask a suggestion to @BigBaldBeardGuy , @ickyrica , @mands too :)

I think it would be great to makin a sticky thread about how to avoid some Tren related problems

I’ve ran plenty of times. I’m on it now. Tren A i never had bloating or digestion issues. That’s just me. I inject mon wed fri sun repeat.

Bloating, indigestion, loss of appetite. Ok. Any acid reflux, heartburn type symptoms?

I've struggled with some pretty bad stomach issues the last year and they always hit me on cycle. I think I've narrowed mine down to dehydration. But that is a different story. As my symptoms were quite different.

Well, I hope you can narrow this thing down but it may be difficult. If you cant solve the problem quickly... fuck it. Dump the tren. Start over. If you cant eat or are constantly uncomfortable you are essentially in a position where you will make no progress.

I've realized our most important asset as bodybuilders or strength athletes is probably a healthy stomach.

If we cant put gas in the car that motherfucker ain't going nowhere.

Also, best of luck man. Hope you get it figured out.

Yes i know man... i m totally agree... in fact if i cannot solve i have to say Goodbye to Tren... but i still remain an Amigo del Tren...

anyway, this time i dont have heartburn and reflux... i had them last year and i think it was due to Akylated orals...

Pre-pro biotics? That makes my stomach bloats much less. It lowers inflammation too, in as little as 2-3 days. Since your gut flora can fully change in 24 hrs just depending on what you eat.

This may look like I am shit posting and fucking with you but I am serious with this: if you want to help your stomach a lot and digest better then try these 2 things. First eat slowly. I have a tendency to eat so fast that I sometimes sit in pain for about 20 minutes. Not good if you are trying for 5 or 6 meals a day. Second:chew your food- especially meat- twice as long as you usually would before swallowing. This greatly helps your stomach digest better and will cut down on bloat. Just 2 suggestions that have helped me. Probiotics will also help, I personally eat one cup of yogurt every day, good enzymes there. I wish you luck. Bob

This is probably the most underrated Advice. I inhale my food and regret it every time. When I sit and eat slowly and chew my food I feel 10x better digestion wise. I actually realized this watching Ronnie Coleman eat a pound of chicken. The man sat there and took small bites and chewed throughly.

Thanks man i ll check it right now

I have had tons of digestive issues in the past. I add keifer to my shakes now, big difference! So many more types of bacteria and higher counts. This comes with a warning, ease into it as it will have you running for the throne the first few days!

Also what is your fiber intake like? How much soluble and insoluble fiber? Fiber is key to eating in my opinion. It slows the protein release down and helps keep synthesis going over a longer period of time ect.

I was eating brown rice... and 2 spoons of psyllium .. some green vegetables like green beans, lentils, spinach etc... i ll buy Magnesium Glycinate and just bought some pre biotics...
