Best dose primo? how long do you recommend to run?

after my current cycle i am going to add 200mg primo for the first time to my 150mg test cruise and do that for a couple months then i want to blast primo. By doing it this way primo should also be in my system and just kick in as i up the dose. How long should i blast and whats a good mg amount per week? is primo worth it? will it yeild better gains then other compounds that are cheaper? or what benefits will primo add for me to make it worth the cash.
 
I wouldn't add primo into your cruise. Just wait and blast it with test for 12 wks @ 400mg wk for the 1st 6 and 500 wk the last 6. Real legit primo will give you clean quality muscle gains with little to no water, increased nitrogen retention and absolutely hellacious pumps. I personally really enjoy primo.

I have to disagree.
Primo is almost made for cruising, witha. caveat.

If it doesnt effext your health and bloods, you can get so much out of 200 or even 100 Primo on a cruise.
The free test increase alone is underrated for what it will do.
The benefits of a Primo cruise FAR outweighs the "Anabolic rating" of Primo
Onviously running Primo year round isn't a smart idea (Well cruising above TRT dose isnt a smart idea of we are being honest either.

But it definitely has it's time and place in my opinion

Just jumping on a 200mg cruise right now.
Currently front loading for the last 2 weeks of my blast at 400mg then dropping to 200mg for the duration of my.cruise.

Feel great, healthy and love it
 
Several pros and top tier amateurs have been discussing primo a lot lately and it’s something I’ve been considering myself. The “best dose” is the minimum effective dose and that’s going to depend on your size, experience, and past cycles.

Bottom line, if you’re looking for a “primary mover” in your cycle, primo probbaly isn’t it. Cost/lb muscle is going to be high. You’re going to use more oil than nearly any other compound. Etc.

Guys talking about primo as a primary anabolic in a blast are talking 800–1000mg. For most people, primo is going to be best as an addition for muscle retention in a cut or as a boost in a blast or cruise (as much as I dislike doing anything but test for a cruise).
 
I like primo better than any other compound out there, but you have to understand the way it works before you shell out the coin on it. If my primo runs were back in the day where I was still trying to gain mass then I would be someone who probably chalk it up as a waste of money. HOWEVER, I've gained most all the size I'm going to get and have been training almost 25 years. So now, where primo comes into play for me is that it's sort of like the HGH of gear. It's a recomp drug, where as when I'm using it I just keep getting better and better and the scale doesn't move much. It creates this illusion of larger size from a quality muscle. Also, although 8-12 week runs with it will work, from my experience you wanna stay on that shit 15-20 wks, longer the better with primo. I feel like after 8 wks on is when you really start seeing the results happen almost week to week.

I use it as my primary compound with a 600-700mg per week dose and always keep my test down around 200mg/wk. Anything else in a cycle is low to moderate, such as I may run a 6 wk block of anavar at 40mg a day or an 8 week block of deca at 200/wk, but everything is secondary to primo and of course my TRT. Once you understand the way it works and you are on it long enough to see the results, you won't even give a damn what it costs!!

Primo, HGH, a little bit of deca and some test and kaboom!!!

Onviously its Impossible to tell how someone will react to Primo ona cruise (When we realistically should be recovering and taking it easy after our blast)

It makes sense in that way, if it was touted as a "Safe to cruise" compound without bloodwork to prove that we respond well to it.

What I’m against is this continued escalation of cruise doses. Guys are cruising on shit that used to be blast dosage.

Yep, I'm admittedly guilty myself. And we just keep getting labs done in hopes nothing is off too much, but we all know deep down, we are only gonna run so fast for so long. 100% agree here

interesting but like ive done about 7 cycles now pretty much tried all compounds except masteron and winstrol and i dont really wanna run deca again this winter and im thinking primo i just want lean quality mass and feel good on the cycle. Maybe ill try 500mg primo with just 200mg deca as i have 3 vials of deca sitting around anyways and 500 test? or 200 test? and see how that goes

So reason I say deca at a lower dose such as 200/wk is to get the strength and pump from it but avoid the water. Same with keeping the test at 200 per week, just enough to do the trick but not to the point you begin fighting water and guessing an AI dose that dials you in. Just my opinion on it when using primo as the primary compound for results

I have been using primo for years now, bulk,cut,prep, everything...start with 100mg EOD and later 200mg EOD anything after that gives u just more cosmetic effects,at 200mg eod i already reach max nitrogen retention..have used 1200mg primo did not get any extra size just more cosmetic effect...i prefer rather go 600mg primo with 600mg mast e so u get best of both worlds , primo nitrogen retention and muscle fullness, mast dry hard look with extra strenght and aggression in the gym...for test just keep it simple 250mg EOD...have fun bro

When you say eod, do you mean m,w,f? Or a true eod schedule?
